The show "ZYRKO," led by Javier Urbina, "The Lord of the Bubbles," in his role as Master of Ceremonies, was presented in Puebla (Mexico) from April 28 to May 15, 2022, gathering more than 90,000 spectators.
More than 90,000 spectators came to enjoy this retro-vintage, animal-free circus show. Jugglers, contortionists, aerial acrobats, skaters, magic and many more acts — all of international character — made up a spectacle for the whole family, with Javier Urbina acting as Master of Ceremonies, interacting with the public and delighting audiences with several of his most spectacular bubble acts.
A total of 45 shows were performed in less than three weeks at the Centro Expositor de Puebla. It was not the first time "ZYRKO" landed at this venue: before the COVID-19 pandemic, it had brought spectacular numbers such as high-altitude trapeze artists and a vintage-circus classic, "The Bullet Man," in which an artist flew over the spectators after being shot from a large cannon.
In the 2022 edition, the star act was "El Globo de la Muerte" (The Globe of Death), in which several bikers entered a steel sphere and performed daring pirouettes, literally risking their lives — a centerpiece of thrills in a program tied together by Urbina's bubble artistry and hosting.
