The international ice-skating show "Tempo," produced by British company Illusion On Ice, took the Feria de las Fresas 2025 (Irapuato, Mexico) on a journey through iconic moments in history. With a cast of 20 skaters of many nationalities, high-level special effects and a finale of lights and sparklers, it blended technical skill and visual storytelling. Javier Urbina, "The Lord of the Bubbles," joined the artistic cast with bubble acts full of humor, surprise and audience interaction.
"Tempo" is a journey back in time — every scene represents a historical moment, opening with a cart that travels through different eras and key events in history. With 18 years of experience, Illusion On Ice assembled 20 skaters from Spain, England, France, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Performances ran at Nave 2 of INFORUM Irapuato, March 14–30, 2025 — Monday to Friday 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 5:00, 7:00 and 9:00 PM. Fair admission ($50) also included the Military Expo, themed pavilions, the Teatro del Pueblo and more. The fair reaffirmed its commitment to inclusion, with trained staff assisting elderly visitors and people with disabilities.
